    An organization, whether for-profit or non-profit, qualifies as a OneMoney Merchant if it accepts payments for goods or services via the OneMoney platform from subscribers who are account holders. Examples include entities like Bulawayo City Council, NetOne bill, Harare City Council, and school billers.
